Abstract Submission Process
1. Sign Up and Log In: Access the 2025 APCB official website.
2. Submit Your Abstract: Go to [My Profile] > [Submission]. Click [New Submission], fill in the required details, and upload your abstract via the online system.
Abstract Format
- Submission Method: Online only via the official website. Submissions via email, mail, or fax will not be accepted.
- Formatting Requirements:
- Title: Tahoma, 14pt; capitalize the first word, proper nouns, and acronyms only. Avoid abbreviations.
- Body: Include Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Use Tahoma, 11pt font, with 18pt line spacing and 1.5 cm margins. Figures, tables, references, or keywords are not allowed.
- Authors: Maximum of 10 authors; list hospital affiliations before university affiliations. For dual affiliations, list the primary hospital.
Submission Instructions
1. The presenter must be the first author and is limited to one abstract presentation.
2. Complete all sections of the online submission form.
3. Titles must reflect the abstract's content without including results or conclusions.
4. Commercial names must include the ® symbol and be mentioned only in the body.
5. Abbreviations are allowed if defined in the text.
6. Categories you are applying for, the 2025 APCB Committee's decision is final.
Conflict of Interest
All authors must disclose potential conflicts of interest. The presenting author is responsible for gathering this information from co-authors.
Notification of Acceptance
- Acceptance notifications will be sent via email.
- All abstracts will undergo a review process by the Organizing Committee. Decisions are final.
Abstract Modification or Withdrawal
1. Modifications can be made online before the submission deadline.
2. Accepted abstracts can only be revised within 48 hours of acceptance notification by contacting the Secretariat at 2025apcb@gmail.com or hancanconf@gmail.com
Submission Regulations
- Abstracts must not have been published or presented in any peer-reviewed setting.
- Encore abstracts must present new data.
- Late or non-compliant submissions will be rejected.
- By submitting, the first author agrees to:
- Release full copyright to 2025 APCB for accepted abstracts.
- Ensure all co-authors are aware of and agree to the content.
- Be the primary contact for all correspondence.
- 2025 APCB Committee reserves the right to amend guidelines and make final decisions on disputes.
